Jacob Schultz is a graduate with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ceramics from the Temple Tyler School of Art and Architecture, has a rich history in the field. Before their current role as a partner at The Bauhaus, they were deeply involved in the Philadelphia art scene, where they showcased their ceramic works in numerous exhibitions. Jake skillfully combines traditional ceramic methods with more avant-garde practices. Jake's expertise extends beyond mere artistic talent; they possess a thorough understanding of the scientific and technological aspects of ceramics. This includes a comprehensive knowledge of chemistry, as well as the design and construction of kilns and furnaces, which are crucial in the ceramic-making process.
